If we made an error in shipping your product and you received the wrong product OR if you received a defective product, Sonic Relief will take full responsibility by sending you a full refund or exchange upon return as well as taking responsibility for any shipping fees that may occur.

    • Your payment amount will be refunded to the payment method used when purchasing. Any shipping charges will be deducted from your refunded amount, Packages that were purchased with free shipping will be charged a $25 shipping fee on the refund amount.
    • This does not include physically damaged items that were not reported damaged upon receiving or covered by warranty.

To Return A Unit:

  1. After filling out the Return Form below you will receive a confirmation email. Please print this out and place it inside your box for shipping.
  2. Firstly, securely pack all of the items to be returned into a box as well as the printed confirmation email as it has identifying information that will allow us to process your return.
  3. Secondly, securely tape the shipping label to the box – or send to:

Sonic Relief will not be responsible for packages that are lost during the return process if no tracking information is provided therefore all return packages must be sent with tracking information.
  4. Once Sonic Relief has received your return, your refund will be processed and the payment amount (not including any shipping cost) will be refunded to your original payment method.
